Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the warranty?
A. We guarantee all of our work for one year against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Q. How long does it take to dry?
A. Allow 4 hours before foot traffic. Keep grout dry for 3 days after initial cleanup. Avoid scrubbing grout for about 20 days.

Q. Does grout have to be cleaned before staining/sealing?
A. New grout is ready for protection ten days after installation and does not need to be cleaned. On older tiling, the grout joints must be clean and free of dust, dirt, sealers, or coatings of any kind.

Q. How should I maintain my ceramic tile?

A. Ceramic tile should be maintained using a neutral PH tile and grout cleaner. Harsh cleaners like bleach, ammonia and vinegar should be avoided and can damage grout.

Q. How long does the Grout Color Seal Protection last?
A. If the tile and grout are maintained properly, the protection will typically last up to 10 years or more.
